General Return Polices

- All product to be new returned must first be called into customer service at 1 800 257 7418
  in order to be approved.
- All product that is new returned will be inspected.
- The returned product and it's packaging must be undamaged and in saleable condition.
- All parts and paperwork originally supplied with the product must be present.
- The product must not have been installed or used.
- Any product damaged in shipment by a common carrier must have a claim filed with the    carrier.
